1. What are cookies?
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored on users' end devices (such as a computer, phone or tablet) and sent via websites. 2. Why do we use cookies?

These cookies save the user's choice of language, browser, preferences for selected elements of the website or the opt-out of profiled advertising, as well as information about the user's location.
Cookies are also used to facilitate logging into a user's account, including through social networks, and to switch between pages on websites without having to re-login to each page. At the same time, "cookies" are used to protect websites, for example, to prevent access by unauthorized persons.
They are also used to create anonymous aggregated statistics that help understand how a user uses websites, thus improving their structure and content, eliminating the user's personal identification. Cookies also help ensure the debugging and smooth operation of websites, including website performance testing.
Cookies are also used to determine which advertisements the user has displayed and to display advertisements that are most relevant to the user's activities on the websites.
3. What kind of cookies do we use?
Generally, there are two types of cookies - "session" and "persistent". The first of these are temporary files that remain on the user's device until they leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). "Persistent" files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the "cookie" settings, or until they are manually deleted by the user. The cookies used by the website operator's partners, including in particular website users, are governed by their own privacy policy.

they serve most of the functions of websites; blocking them will cause the selected functions to not work properly.
Business - allows you to implement a business model on the basis of which the website becomes available; Blocking them will not render all functionality unavailable, but may reduce the level of service provided due to the inability of the website owner to generate income that subsidizes his work. This category includes, for example, advertising cookies.
2. Due to the time during which cookies will be placed on the user's end device
Session cookies - "cookies" placed for the duration of the browser (session) and deleted after it is closed or logged out.
Persistent cookies - they are not deleted after the browser is closed and remain on the user's device for a certain period of time or without an expiration date, depending on the settings of the website owner.

5. Due to interference with the user's privacy
Harmless - includes cookies:
necessary for the proper functioning of the site,
required to enable website functionality, but their operation has nothing to do with user tracking
Research - used to track users, but does not include information that allows (without other data) to identify a specific user.
4. Tracking pixels

A pixel is a program code that allows you to embed an object on a website, usually a pixel-sized image, which allows you to track user behavior on the websites that host it.

5. Do cookies contain personal information?
